How do I register as a Property Manager or Property Owner?
To register as a Property Manager, simply click the “Sign Up” button and click on the Manager section. Enter your information and you can be setup in minutes and ready to start adding your properties. You will also receive an email once you register with more information on completing the setup process.

What types of properties can use Innercircuit?
Innercircuit is capable of handling rent payment for all types of properties, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Multi-Family, Storage Rental, Business, and Vacation Rental Properties.
Can I use different bank accounts for my different properties?
Yes, we can easily allow each property to accept payments into its own checking or savings account. This will allow you to manage multiple properties separately if you want.
How long does it take for a rent payment to be deposited into my bank account?
Online payments are automatically deposited into the building’s designated bank account usually within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
Does the payment go into Innercircuit’s bank account first?
No, Innercircuit is only the facilitator, and we do not touch the funds. The funds go directly from the resident’s bank account into the Manager’s account.
How quickly will I be notified of non-sufficient funds? �
You will be notified of a NSF for a bounced e-check within 4 hours after an attempt to deposit. When a credit card transaction is made it is an immediate decline on the screen for the renter. You will be notified in your own portal of all NSFs and declined transaction for your accounting records.
Is there customer support?
Yes, we have online chat, email support , and phone support during our west coast business hours from 8am – 6pm.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we offer our service with a month-to-month policy.
How will our residents find out about this service?
Innercircuit helps market the online rent payment service to all your residents for you. We customize the marketing fliers and materials and send them to you to place in your new move in packets.
Can I make it mandatory that they pay online?
Although you can’t make it mandatory, you can always let them know that this is your new process, and encourage residents to sign up with contests, etc.
Credit card fees seem high, do you think my residents will pay the fee?
We have found that residents will pay the fee if it’s lower than the late fee, or they want to earn credit card miles. However, 95% of our residents pay through echecks.
I already have online bank bill pay available, what’s the difference?
Well, we allow the residents to have control of when their funds come out, and in addition, it’s entirely electronic. Online bank bill pay still has to send you a check, which you have to manually process. Our online payment solution allows you to save time and hassle from processing checks and traveling back and forth to the bank.
Some of our residents don’t have computers, how will this benefit them?
We suggest offering your office computer to be used for this service. Once they sign up, then they can set up recurring payments and won’t have to login each month.
Do you integrate into our accounting software?
We have the capability of integrating into almost every accounting software program on the market, either seamless integration, or a manual one time download, which saves you from errors and time which occurs in manual data entry.
How long does this process take to get us set up?
Innercircuit sets up the online rent payments for you within two weeks of your signup date.
