Property management staff can login to view real-time activity for all payments and daily batches. Our reports mirror your bank statements 24/7. You will be able to simply view the resident name, address, time and date, amount and transaction number.
Payment Activity Reports
Property managers will receive daily activity reports per property or for the entire portfolio via email for all payments submitted as well as any NSFs or declined payments made.
Importing All Payments
You can collect all types of payments as well as import and post to your accounting software. Rent, late fees, security deposits, application fees, HOA dues, or any other fees can be imported. Streamlining this process eliminates data entry and multiple trips to the bank by your staff.
