Michelle M. Christensen
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Michelle founded Innercircuit Inc. in 2007 after noticing an urgent need to communicate better with her property managers and neighbors, while providing the option to pay the last check she wrote from her checkbook online. While focusing her team on growth and partner opportunities, Michelle also heads up the day-to-day operations of Innercircuit. which she founded after successful careers in both the financial sector and the employee and client retention services industry. She credits the high level of resident participation with Innercircuit’s success. She has become an avid member of various entrepreneur organizations and can be found speaking before payment processing groups and at conferences geared toward women entrepreneurs and social networking. During Innercircuit early days, Michelle bootstrapped the company herself through the initial product development. She graduated with honors from Notre Dame de Namur University. She actively competes in triathlons and enjoys snowboarding, traveling and baking for her team at Innercircuit.
Peter Henry
Chief Technologist
With over 25 years of expertise as a strategist, senior executive, technologist and entrepreneur, Peter Henry has been a consultant to senior management at several Fortune-class firms including Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, Policy Management Systems, Argonaut Group, Bank of America, Mellon Bank, American Express and Microsoft. He is current or past principal of several startups of his own, including: The EARN Group (co-founder, managing principal); Lexica Software (founder & CEO; acquired by Buena Venture Associates in 2001); InsureZone (co-founder and CTO; privately held); IA Corporation/Alysis (MBO participant; IPO 1995; acquired by Pitney-Bowes 2000).
As a technologist, he has defined and developed groundbreaking systems ranging from the world’s largest document imaging system, to institutional portfolio management systems, and the insurance industry’s first e-commerce platform. At Innercircuit he is directly involved in managing technology planning and execution for the Innercircuit platform as well as road mapping new product development. In addition to his other many talents, Peter has an uncanny ability to find exotic chocolate, wine and hidden gem restaurants, which he shares with the rest of the team when not at Innercircuit.
Tony Hatherley
Chief Financial Officer
Tony brings over thirty-five years of experience in financial and executive management to Innercircuit. He spent fifteen years at Fairchild Semiconductor as the Finance Manager, was a part of numerous significant acquisition/merger projects as well as financial support for three venture capital stock offerings for various companies. At Innercircuit he’s responsibilities include overseeing financial budgeting and processing transactions, developing accounting system and generating financial reports. He also managed building relationships between Innercircuit, its key partners, commercial banks and the investment banks that the company has tapped for payment processing. When he is not in the Innercircuit offices, Tony is usually off hunting in the woods or traveling throughout the world.
