Property C.A.M. Tracking
All tenant / property Common Area Maintenance charges are assessed, delivered monthly, quarterly, or yearly to Tenant via Innercircuit. Tenant in turn can pay outstanding CAM charges online.

Property News and Announcements
Can be sent via email to all tenants at a click of a button.

Property Tenant Notices
Send notices from Innercircuit via email to tenants. Innercircuit keeps track of what notices you’ve served to each tenant.

Property FAQ
Cut-down on tenant phone calls and offer a list of frequently asked questions and answers online.

Property Staff Bios
Tenants put a name to your staff’s face by viewing staff pictures with names, bios, and job description. Tenants use this feature to get in touch with the right staff member on location.

Property Policies
Tenant Policies can be posted online by management and viewed by tenants that may concern building codes, rules, etc.

Property Documents
Managers can use this feature to send specific documents to tenants.

Property Polling
Tenants can be easily polled by management on a given topic.

Property E-request Routing
Managers can designate different staff members to receive different types of request through eRequestRouting based on each particular staff member’s job function. Multiple staff members are able to receive the same request and off-hours routing is possible.

Property Reporting
Site and metric reporting is available to managers to view tenant activity. Work Order Request Reporting & Tenant Satisfaction Reporting is also available.
